My previous system is modified by me to be fit in a 5"x3" plastic case, but I still feel that size too big for my precious room in my commuting bag.
And I must tell you, some 7 or more bits and a screwdriver, taking only slightly larger space of a fountain pen, this is the prefect solution for me!
First of all, all-metal construction, quality control is outstanding, no structural issues found so far. Note there is no O-ring on the cap. Not water-proof? Come on, for this price, seriously?! Just forget it!
The base of what holds your bits is magnetic, so that you won't lose your screws that easily; the body, known as a hollow tube storing your spare bits, can actually hold up to 9 of them, or even more. Actually it can fit any other, I mean, all 4 mm bits perfectly and you can throw them in without any hesitation - exactly what I did.
Clip is deep and tight, again, for its price. If you can't trust it in your pants, just put it somewhere in your bag, just like me. Friction is good, both with gloves and bare bands. If your hands are wet it might still be an issue though.
Pros:
1. It has a solid all-metal body;
2. The room inside was used maximum, stores bits more than enough for daily use;
3. It takes so little room, impressive for what it can do;
4. Bits are all standard 4 mm ones, can easily find an alteration;
5. Magnet for small screws.
Cons:
1. Wish it has an lanyard hole;
2. Clip can be improved;
3. Factory bits should have more options (although I am using aftermarket ones and feeling good with that).
Conclusion:
Cons don't worth drip a star, just buy it!

I'll just compare these drivers briefly:
This one is definitely better-made than the Kikkerland. The threading on the cap is more snug and the magnet for the bits is stronger. They both have about the same amount of play with the bits, which isn't bad.
The bits are interchangeable on the hex end, so both drivers take each other's bits. Both came with the same three Phillips, but the Kikkerland had three flatheads, and also two Torx heads, which you don't see much but are around. I mixed and matched the bits for my needs and am quite happy.
One piece of advice: even this one's cap has a habit of backing itself off, and the Kikkerland is worse. If you plan to keep one of these in your pocket, take it as soon as you get it and drill out a hole in the center of the cap. Enlarge until it is just large enough to get some twine or nylon (take your pick) through, then knot that on the inside of the cap so it stays. Take the free end and tie it tightly to the pocket clip (or ideally notch a side of the pocket clip and tie it into the notch). Once you do this, the string will catch the cap if it backs itself off.
This driver is made of 100% steel; no plastic anywhere. The bits are polished CV (carbon) steel. The sizes included are: 1/16" flathead, 5/64" flathead, 3/32" flathead, 1/8" flathead, and Phillips #000, 00, and 0. Each bit is single-ended, so they do take up more space. The bits aren't compatible with 1/4" shank drivers, as they're too skinny. If you use these frequently, the polished finish will wear off. Just be sure to keep a light coating of oil on the bits to prevent rust if that happens. I haven't noticed any stripping of the bits, but there's no mention of them being hardened. For my uses, these bits are good.
The shank is aluminum with a very aggressive knurling. I like it. The color you get will vary; mine is black. The pocket clip appears to be polished stainless steel on all colors, and it's removable. The tail unscrews to store the unused bits. The inside of the driver is magnetized, and it holds the bit pretty well.
There's not much more to say about a pocket screwdriver. This one has surpassed what I expected, and the only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the oddball size of the bits, making it not interchangeable with specialty (like Torx) bits.
UPDATE: Turns out that if you go to WalMart, they sell a micro driver set in the hardware department. It's about $6 for 60-something pieces and comes with a bunch of bits in this "oddball" size. Torx and hex included. There's your interchangeability :-)

This is one of those tools that you wonder how you did without. It has a multiple set of heads that fit into the holder and are held magnetically so there's no twisting to hold them in place. There is ample storage inside the body of the screwdriver to hold all of the bits but since the compartment is deep, you don't see them until you spill them into your hand to choose the right bit for the particular job. I just leave the most commonly used bit in place so that I'm not constantly looking for it among the rest. There is a handy pocket clip for those whose jobs require this kind of tool on a regular basis. The clip is removable for those who will never need it. There are gripping surfaces that allow one to have a very firm grip on the tool in spite of its small diameter.
The package is the usual plastic and also as usual I basically had to rip and gnaw my way into it. Surely it's possible to invent a sealed plastic packaging that opens easily. In this case it didn't but once disposed of it's no longer needed.
This is ideal for use with those small screws and bolts that just don't fit most standard screwdrivers. It seems to be of solid aluminum construction and the bright yellow colour of mine makes it easy to find in a tool drawer. I can't think of anything negative to say about this handy tool.
